Salon Staff Sales Training Coach
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I run a women-only beauty salon in Pune and need our team to do more than style hair and apply makeup—we must turn every visit into repeat business. The assignment is to come on-site and train my staff to boost revenue through practical, in-salon promotional strategies. That means teaching them how to greet clients, suggest add-ons, pitch packages at the reception desk, and capture rebooking before the customer walks out.
A second goal is morale. I want an engaging programme that introduces incentive schemes, fun team-building activities, and a simple recognition & awards system so achievements are celebrated regularly and publicly.
Deliverables:
• A short training plan outlining learning objectives, schedule, and materials
• Three interactive sessions on sales techniques and promotional tactics, delivered in the salon
• Design of an incentive program, a team-building exercise, and an awards framework ready for immediate launch
• Quick-reference hand-outs plus a one-page KPI sheet so I can track improvements after you leave
