Salon Appointment Setter & Closer

I’m expanding my outreach for beauty salons, medical spas, and cosmetology studios and need an experienced phone-based closer who can also set the appointments you’ll ultimately secure. You’ll be calling a mix of cold and warm prospects that have shown interest in growth services but haven’t yet booked a consultation.

You’ll receive a dedicated VoIP line, a light CRM with lead notes, and proven talk tracks. Your job is to move each conversation from curiosity to a firmly scheduled demo call—and, when the prospect meets our qualification criteria, close the sale on that very call. Confidence, empathy, and the ability to overcome objections in this industry are essential because owners often juggle busy client schedules while we speak with them.

Deliverables I expect from you each week:
• All calls logged in the CRM with concise notes
• A minimum number of qualified consultations booked (we’ll agree on the figure together)
• Closed deals recorded with payment terms confirmed

If you have verifiable success converting salon or spa owners over the phone and can hit the ground running, I’m ready to start assigning leads immediately.
