Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming leads from WhatsApp, generated via online advertising (Instagram, Google Ads, etc.);
• Convert inbound WhatsApp inquiries into actual bookings or sales;
• Identify and acquire new clients (B2B and B2C);
• Promote and sell cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial maintenance, post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.;
• Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships;
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, scheduling, support);
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (experience in cleaning or facility services is a plus);
• Experience in responding to leads via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms is a strong advantage;
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fast responder, proactive, and result-oriented;
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment;
