Sales Development Representative (SDR) for AI Voice Agency – High Commission + Base

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our international AI agency. We help SMEs (doctors, lawyers, auto shops, etc.) recover lost revenue by implementing 24/7 AI Voice Agents that handle missed calls and book appointments.
The Workflow:
We have a proprietary lead generation system (calculators and niche landing pages). You will NOT be doing cold calling. You will be contacting "warm" leads who have already interacted with our "Lost Call Revenue Calculator" and expressed interest.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 15-minute Discovery/Demo calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
Present our AI Voice Agent solution (live demo).
Handle objections and close the sale (Setup fee + Monthly subscription).
Follow up with leads in our CRM.
What We Offer:
Hourly Base Pay: Please bid with your hourly rate (Competitive base for the right talent).
Generative Commission: $50 - $100 per successful setup closed.
Recurring Bonus: Monthly commission on the subscription fee for long-term clients.
Professional technical support (our tech team builds the agents, you just sell them).
Requirements (Strict):
Fluent/Near-native English: You must have a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking voice (neutral or American/British accent).
Proven Sales Experience: You know how to lead a conversation and close a deal.
Tech Savvy: You understand the basics of AI and can explain value, not just features.
Quiet Environment: A professional home-office setup with a stable internet connection.
