Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage enquiries, generate bookings, and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the bond cleaning business and knows how to convert enquiries into confirmed jobs.
This is a remote, full-time role with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Provide accurate quotes for bond and carpet cleaning services
Explain bond clean inclusions and real estate standards clearly to customers
Follow up on quotes and incomplete bookings
Manage booking schedules and coordinate with cleaning teams
Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
Proactively generate new leads and repeat business
Required Experience
Proven experience in bond cleaning or end-of-lease cleaning sales
Strong understanding of QLD bond clean requirements
Experience dealing with tenants, landlords, and real estate agents
Confident English communication (phone and written)
Strong sales skills with a focus on closing bookings
Reliable internet and availability during Australian business hours
