Sales Chat Specialists Required for Digital Platform

We're looking for reliable and skilled sales chat specialists to manage conversations and support engagement for fast-growing digital creator platforms.

This role focuses on maintaining active communication, building rapport, and guiding conversations toward positive user experiences and increased conversions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and respond to chats in real time
Build strong engagement through natural conversation
Follow communication and sales guidelines
Support overall account performance


WHAT WE OFFER:
$2.50 - $5.00/hr + 1-5% commission (STANDARD)
Earn up to 10% commission as one of our top-performing agents!
10-hr shifts (w/ 1 hr paid break)
Flexible: choose 5 or 6 working days per week

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous chat or sales experience is a plus! (OFM field)
Strong written English
Multitasking ability
