Sales Chat & Instagram Photo Assistant

I need reliable help on two fronts: first, keeping our sales-inquiry chat box warm and welcoming, and second, turning raw product shots into polished visuals for Instagram.

On the chat side you’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers, greeting them promptly, answering product questions, guiding them toward the right option, and logging any follow-up actions I should take. A friendly tone, clear grammar, and a knack for closing with confidence are essential. Fast response times matter—we aim to reply within minutes during business hours, and I’ll route you the schedule in advance.

For the visuals you’ll work exclusively in Canva. Typical tasks include cropping, straightening, balancing brightness/contrast, and removing minor blemishes so each image pops in the feed. When needed, add simple on-brand text or frames and export at the correct Instagram resolution. I’ll share brand assets, palette codes, and a sample grid so you can match our look.

We communicate in Slack and store files in Google Drive, so a stable connection and orderly file naming will keep everything moving smoothly. If you’re comfortable switching back and forth between chat windows and Canva projects—often in the same hour—you’ll thrive here.
