Sales Agent (Email/Chat)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Job Responsibilities:
Represent and convey our client’s brand/company
Use a customer-focused sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
Maintains performance standards of the company
Effectively close sales
Create solution-based emails, and live chat messages in response to customer tickets/inquiries
Work independently; manage time and multi-task
Attend team meetings to check in with clients and fellow team members

Education & Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of Sales or Chat Experience preferred
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent follow-up and closing skills
BPO Sales experience is a plus
Understands the Sales Cycle (preferred)
Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video and Email
Email, Live Chat, and SMS Support experience are a plus
Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
Have a reliable computer and reliable internet
