SPANISH Customer Service Agent for E-commerce

We are am looking for a SPANISH Customer Service Agent to manage the Spanish customers of our E-commerce. The agent will be handling various support channels, including Email, Whatsapp and Facebook comments. Furthermore the person would need to manage our Cash on Delivery orders, by talking with the customers and with the couriers.


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Native Spanish
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce
- Prior experience in managing Cash on Delivery orders
- Prior experience with Shopify
