As a Jamba and Auntie Anne's Leader, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Acumen: Understand, build, and implement effective operating plans that deliver results within the P&L on a weekly basis. Multi-unit business management is a plus.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurate and presented in a visually appealing manner, adhering to company standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain a sufficient supply of products.
Training and Development: Train and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance their skills and contributions.
Shift Management: Oversee the operation of the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
