I run an online store and I’m ready to hand over my customer chat so you can turn conversations into conversions. For four hours each day you’ll take charge of our WhatsApp inbox, answering every message within two to five minutes. The target is clear: boost sales while making every visitor feel heard, helped, and confident in their purchase.
Your day-to-day will cover the full chat-commerce cycle—answer product questions, guide shoppers through checkout, create manual orders when needed, and circle back a few days later to confirm everything arrived as promised. Your tone must remain friendly, professional, and crystal-clear; I want customers to trust us from the very first reply.
WhatsApp is the primary channel, though I may occasionally route messages from Instagram or our site’s live widget, so comfort with multiple platforms is a plus.
Deliverables I expect:
• Real-time chat coverage (4 hrs/day) with a first-response time under five minutes
• Concise daily summary: chat count, sales closed, follow-ups scheduled
• Orders processed and follow-up messages sent within seven days of purchase
