Freelance Travel Operations Executive (Remote)

I run a travel brand called *Explore With Mitali*, focused on group trips, DIY treks, and unique travel experiences. I’m looking for a freelancer who can help me manage travel operations and itinerary planning.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed travel itineraries (treks, group trips, backpacking routes)
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and local guides
- Assist in trip planning and execution
- Handle basic customer queries (WhatsApp/Call support if needed)
- Suggest improvements in travel experience

Requirements:

- Experience in travel planning (especially India treks or backpacking)
- Good communication skills
- Organized and responsive
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs

Bonus (Not mandatory):

- Experience with Notion or automation tools
- Travel background / personal travel experience

Work Type:

- Freelance / Part-time (remote)
- Work based on number of trips

Payment:

- Per itinerary / Monthly (based on experience)
