Remote Telecaller (Work from Home)
​We're looking for an experienced and skilled Telecaller to join our team for a remote, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell our products.
​Achieve a monthly target of at least 5 new clients.
​Maintain accurate records of all telecalling activities.
​Provide excellent customer service and product information.
​Work within a day shift schedule, aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).
​Compensation and Benefits:
​Monthly Salary: ₹10,000, which is target-based on securing 5 clients per month.
​Incentives: Earn an additional incentive of up to ₹1,000 for each client acquired over the monthly target of 5.
​Qualifications:
​Minimum of 3 months of experience in a telecalling or sales role.
​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
​Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
​Ability to work independently from a remote location.
​Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
