Clear English is essential and Tamil fluency is a strong advantage because many of our clients prefer to converse in their native language.

Each interaction should be logged with the problem reported, steps taken, outcome, and any follow-up promised. I expect friendly, concise communication that leaves customers feeling heard and helped.
