About the Role
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing accurate moving quotations, converting leads into bookings, processing deposits, and delivering outstanding customer service to Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound sales calls and enquiries
- Provide moving quotes and explain services confidently
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Handle objections and negotiate professionally when required
- Process customer deposits and booking confirmations
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the Australian market
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and close sales confidently
- Experience in the removals, logistics, transport, or service industry is highly regarded
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
