We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Call Executive — the first voice our customers hear when they reach out to us.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries related to marble and stone orders.
Understand customer requirements (type of stone, quantity, color, finish, etc.).
Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone while interacting with clients.
Record detailed customer requirements and share them with the founder.
Schedule a call between the customer and the founder for detailed discussion.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up if needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident on phone calls and comfortable speaking with new people.
Basic understanding of marble/stone products (training will be provided).
Ability to handle calls and maintain professionalism.
Availability to work on an hourly basis (flexible timing).
Good listening and coordination skills.
Work Details:
Work Type: Hourly basis (part-time) initially.
Future Scope: May convert to monthly/full-time role based on performance.
Work Mode: Remote – can work from home.
Compensation: Hourly payment (to be discussed during interview).
