Remote IT Robot Operations & Support Coordinator (Freelancer / Ongoing Work)
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We’re looking for a reliable Remote Operations & Support Coordinator to help monitor and support our commercial cleaning robots across Australia. This is ongoing freelance work with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Daily review of robot performance dashboards
- Flag offline robots / errors and coordinate with onsite staff
- Basic troubleshooting support via email
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles (guides, FAQs, instructions)
- Prepare simple weekly performance reports
- Register users in our eLearning system and send login details
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating dashboards
- Able to work independently and reliably
- Good writing skills for documentation and guides
Preferred Requirements
- Customer support or virtual assistant experience
- Technical aptitude (IoT, hardware, or robotics is a bonus)
- Experience with reporting or basic data interpretation
