Remote Phone Tenant Screener

Calls must be placed to prospective tenants who have expressed interest in my residential rentals. A brief script, contact list, and a Google Sheet for notes will be ready each day. During each call, collect and log the following:

• Employment history
• Credit score (range is fine)
• Rental history

Stable income is the single most important qualification, so verify job details carefully and note anything that sounds uncertain.

Workflow and volume
– Expect 20-30 dials per day, mainly evenings and weekends (U.S. Eastern Time).
– Use your own phone or VoIP solution; record calls and upload the files or links.
– Update the Google Sheet in real time, flagging every lead as Qualified, Disqualified, Follow-up, or No-answer.
– Provide a short text summary for any lead that meets the screening criteria so I can schedule a showing immediately.

Deliverables
1. Completed Google Sheet with all required fields for each lead within 24 hours of assignment.
2. Call recordings or links for quality review.
3. Daily recap highlighting qualified prospects and any issues encountered.

Accuracy, a friendly yet professional tone, and punctual reporting will determine success. Please note in your bid what calling software or phone system you prefer and confirm you can work the stated hours.
