Remote Phone Support Specialist

I need a personable, articulate telecaller to become the friendly voice my clients hear first. Your main responsibility will be handling customer support over the phone—answering queries, resolving small issues on the spot, and making sure every caller feels valued and understood.
Because the focus is relationship-building, strong communication skills and a naturally warm tone matter more to me than a scripted sales pitch. You may work part-time or full-time, from home or anywhere you feel comfortable; what counts is that you’re reliably available during the hours we agree on and that you keep response times short.
Key expectations
• Professionally manage inbound and occasional follow-up calls
• Log each interaction clearly so the wider team can pick up where you left off
• Proactively spot recurring problems and flag them so we can improve our service
• Deliver consistent monthly performance that translates into a ₹10–15 k income
