LEAFE’S is seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Intake Officer to join our growing team.
This is a 100% work-from-home position, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and is highly organised.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for new participants, you’ll guide individuals and families through the intake and onboarding process, ensuring they receive a professional and welcoming experience from their very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct intake appointments via phone and video call
* Respond to enquiries by phone, email, and online
* Complete participant onboarding and documentation
* Coordinate referrals and bookings
* Maintain accurate digital records
* Liaise with participants, families, and support staff
About You
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using computers and cloud-based systems
* Able to work independently from home
* Experience in NDIS, disability, community services, or administration is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
