Remote Fitness Sales & Onboarding

I run an online personal-training company and need a sales specialist who can own every stage of the client journey—primarily through chat, call and video. Day to day you will respond to fresh inbound enquiries, reach out to warm outbound prospects, uncover their goals—whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain or simply better overall fitness—and then recommend the most appropriate coaching package.

Success is measured against three concrete metrics: the number of conversions you close, the total sales value you generate and the client retention rate you help us maintain. To make that happen you’ll keep spotless notes in our CRM, manage objections with confidence and hand new members over to our trainers and operations team so their onboarding is seamless.

Fluent verbal English is essential, and a neutral American or UK accent is preferred for client-facing calls. You should be self-driven, comfortable working fully remote and genuinely interested in fitness; it makes the conversations authentic and boosts close rates.
