Remote Entry-Level Credit Check Agent

I need a dependable agent who can sit at the front line of our credit-verification desk. You will log in during standard U.S. business hours, take incoming calls that flow through our cloud dialer, walk the caller through a scripted credit-check process, and close each interaction by answering any final questions the customer may have. Because this seat focuses on credit checks, you must be comfortable switching between our CRM and the credit-bureau portal while still keeping the conversation friendly and focused.

This is an entry-level role, so deep industry tenure isn’t necessary; what matters is solid, proven customer-service experience and the ability to keep your tone positive and professional throughout the day. If you already understand basic credit-report terminology or have worked with verification platforms before, that will help you ramp up faster, but I’m willing to train the right person.

Your daily deliverable is simple: handle every call efficiently, complete the credit-check workflow without errors, and resolve any related inquiry before you disconnect. Consistent attendance on the assigned U.S. shift is non-negotiable because the volume is time-sensitive.
