Customer Support Executive

We need a self-driven professional who can manage three connected areas:
1. Handling incoming sales leads
2. Giving quick customer support
3. Keeping daily operations on track

**What you will do:**
* Talk to prospects and move them through the sales process.
* Answer product, technical, and order questions by email, phone, and live chat.
* Log all conversations in our CRM.
* Create simple Canva visuals or one-page explainers to help customers understand or make decisions.
* Work closely with internal teams to make sure promises to customers are fulfilled.
* Share a short end-of-day report: tickets closed, sales influenced, and any issues that need attention.

**What we expect:**
* Fast replies within agreed time for email, phone, and whatsapp chat.
* Track and follow up all sales opportunities.
* Clear English communication (written and spoken).
* Organized, calm, and good at solving problems.
* Canva experience for quick, polished graphics.

**Important Job Details:**
* Monthly Salary + Commission
* 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
* Work on Saturday & Sunday is required (Friday is weekly off)
* Payments only through Freelancer
