Manage and respond to incoming messages from subscribers in a timely manner
Maintain engaging and personalized conversations
Follow communication guidelines and tone of voice
Identify opportunities to increase user engagement and retention
Collaborate with the team to improve messaging strategies
Requirements:
Strong written English (B2+ or higher)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different conversation styles
Availability for flexible shifts
Previous experience in chat support, sales, or community management is a plus
