During a fixed four-hour window each day, I need every incoming message answered within two to five minutes. Most shoppers ask for product details, so clear, friendly explanations that build trust and guide them to purchase are essential.

Your routine will include: replying to all customer questions, processing or amending orders directly in our system, and sending a brief follow-up to confirm satisfaction. I’ll supply product information, pricing, and standard replies up front; you organize them into quick-access templates and keep everything up to date.

At the end of each shift, deliver a concise chat log plus any unresolved issues so I can step in if needed. All tasks assigned across the week should be fully wrapped up within seven days. Reliability and an organized approach are critical—I expect zero missed messages and consistent professionalism.
