Position Overview:
As a Freelance Caller, you will be the voice of our agency, reaching out to potential clients, conducting surveys, or supporting various outreach initiatives. This is a flexible, remote position that allows you to work from anywhere within Canada, New Zealand, Australia, or the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients or contacts as directed.
Conduct surveys or gather information in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information about our services and answer any questions from prospects.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
Collaborate with team members to strategize calling efforts and share feedback.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or similar role is a plus.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
