Recruit 5 Indonesian Call Agents

I’m looking for a resourceful recruiter or head-hunter who can quickly deliver five female Indonesian candidates for a full-time customer service (call-centre) role. The employer is ready to onboard them immediately and I will pay you RM 500 for each hire that actually starts work, up to a total of five successful placements.

Key candidate profile
• Female, Indonesian nationality
• Entry-level experience (0-2 years) is acceptable; enthusiasm counts more than tenure
• Comfortable handling calls in clear, conversational Bahasa Melayu
• Naturally strong at problem-solving when assisting customers

What I need from you
– Source, screen and present qualified CVs fast
– Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged until their confirmed start date
– Update me daily on pipeline status so we can move swiftly

Acceptance criteria
A hire is considered complete (and RM 500 becomes payable) once the candidate clocks in on her first day. Please be confident you can reach five starts; timing is critical.
