Real Estate Wholesale Cold Caller VA -- 2

I have a very small list of pre foreclosures (less than 50) that require manual calling (no auto dialer). The VA must speak clear and fluent English. They must understand all U.S. regulatory requirements, including call time parameters and ensure no calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. They should be knowledgeable with real estate wholesaling and be very comfortable with conversation. Objective is to secure an appointment between myself and the seller. I am using this small list as a test to hopefully find a reliable VA for future work.
