Budget: $10 – $5,000 CAD
Real Estate Wholesaling company hiring acquisition and disposition sales agents to close deals. This is an independent contractor role, commission only. You would be provided with a full onboarding handbook including a customizable marketing package, process maps, and more.
Unlimited Leads provided if you can meet our minimum closing ratio. Agent development plans are in place to scale the amount of leads you receive based on your closing ratios.
Commission can be as high as 50% of gross assignment fee if you bring a deal then find a buyer. If you bring a deal only, 15% of gross assignment fee is paid. Assignment fees can range form $5000 to as high as $100,000 + depending on the property type.
This is a remote position, working from anywhere in the USA and setting your own schedule. One mandatory Zoom meeting per week is the only in-person schedule commitment after the start date.
