Real Estate Cold Calling Assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with cold calling for residential properties.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous experience in real estate would be an asset
- Proficient in making cold calls with a friendly and engaging manner
- Excellent communication skills to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong organization skills to keep track of leads
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and follow instructions efficiently.
The aim of this role is to help me generate leads and appointments in the residential real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the property market and will be able to engage with potential clients in an effective way. The work will be on an ongoing basis, with less than 10 hours a week initially.
