You’ll visit each location posing as a genuine prospect, interact naturally with the sales staff, and keep a continuous voice recording from arrival to departure. I’m primarily interested in customer service quality, so be sure to capture every greeting, conversation and follow-up offered by the team.
Immediately after each visit, prepare a brief written summary (around a page) that clearly separates the positives and negatives you observed, with customer service insights front and center.
