Professional Customer Support Agent Needed

We are hiring a professional Customer Support Agent for our immigration consultancy based in India, serving international clients (primarily Germany & Europe).
We are specifically looking for a freelancer from Germany/Europe or an international (non-Indian) candidate with strong English communication skills and a professional tone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Conduct initial consultation/discussion calls with potential clients
- Maintain a polite, professional, and confident communication style
- Coordinate with internal team for updates
- Build trust with clients through clear and transparent communication
Requirements:
- Fluent English (neutral or international accent preferred)
- Prior experience in customer support or client handling
- Comfortable with calls and virtual meetings
- Professional attitude and punctuality
Preferred:
- Based in Germany or Europe
- Experience in immigration/visa/customer service industry
