Pro Sales Office Assistant Needed

Sales for my ready-to-eat meals brand are scaling quickly and day-to-day admin is starting to slow me down. To keep momentum, I need an expert-level remote office assistant who can take full ownership of three core areas:
• Scheduling appointments with gym owners, personal trainers, and nutrition consultants
• Managing a high-volume inbox, prioritising leads, and drafting polished replies that reflect our upbeat fitness tone
• Conducting timely customer follow-ups to secure reorders and upsell new meal plans
You’ll work within my existing toolset—Google Workspace for calendars and mail, HubSpot CRM for pipeline tracking, and Slack for quick check-ins—so fluency with those platforms is essential. Confidence in light spreadsheet work, basic data entry, and maintaining spotless contact records will round things out.
