Polish-Speaking Call Agent for Automotive Sector

Project Description:
We are looking for a reliable Polish-speaking call agent to follow up with leads in the automotive sector. You will be contacting potential customers who submitted interest forms through our website or cold calling from verified industry lists. Your job is to qualify the lead, explain the product basics, answer simple questions (script provided), and record the outcome in a CRM.
Tasks include:
– Outbound calls to leads (B2C, small-medium workshops, car dealerships)
– Using a call script and answering basic product questions
– Updating lead status in our system
– 1–5 hours per week, flexible time
– Polish language required; basic English for internal coordination
