Plastic Surgery Deal-Closing Assistant

I run a boutique plastic-surgery practice and need day-to-day help moving warm prospects to booked consultations. All outreach will happen by phone, so a confident, friendly voice and clear English are essential.
Need a female who can speak clearly and precisely.

Here is the flow I want covered: you will source numbers from our lead sheet, introduce the clinic, and walk callers through a concise overview of our most popular procedures. When interest is confirmed, you’ll explain available consultation slots and lock in an appointment directly on our calendar. To reinforce trust, finish with two or three short client testimonials that I will supply.

After each call, note outcomes and next-step reminders in the shared CRM. For undecided prospects, schedule a quick follow-up call and send the presentation deck you will have prepared—this deck can be adjusted per caller but must always match the brand look I will provide.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Daily call log with contact status and notes
• Updated slide presentation kept current with any new promotions
• Weekly summary of leads contacted, appointments set, and follow-up actions

I will provide you with all logins and such, performance will be tracked and commission will be provided(maximum $50 per closed deal). Using Kixi and Zoho. Will also provide all notes needed to answer any questions the client has.

If you already use tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar, let me know; otherwise I’ll grant access to ours. Consistent, polite persistence is the key metric I’ll track, along with the appointment-to-lead ratio. I’m ready to start as soon as you can commit to a reliable calling schedule.
