Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Phone/Telesales expert with STRONG customer service skills and PERFECT or NEAR PERFECT English. This will be a US based Healthcare campaign involving dealing with leads who also may be emotional, wary etc. so it is IMPORTANT you understand how to properly close the lead, use rebuttals, and empathize correctly in ANY situation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads in designated US regions.
- Identify and gather information from leads.
- Empathize with leads and close them only if willing.
- If they become upset, angry, combative know how to deal with them early on and properly move on to generate the highest conversion rate possible with minimal call times on wasted leads.
- Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required.
- Perfect ENGLISH or near PERFECT English is a MUST
