US Phone Support Specialist
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need dedicated phone support for general inquiries. This role will be crucial in managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Phone support for general inquiries
- Availability: 7 PM to 4 AM IST
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Customer-centric attitude

System Requirements:
• Windows 11 (latest updates)
• RAM: Minimum 16 GB (32 GB recommended)
• Processor: Intel i5/i7 – 8th Gen or higher (Min 3.0 GHz, 4 cores)
• Storage: 60 GB free space (SSD mandatory, HDD not allowed)
• Headphones: Active Noise-cancellation (e.g., Plantronics C3220)
• Antivirus: Quick Heal or Trend Micro (Active protection required)
Internet:
