The conversations are strictly customer-service in nature; no technical troubleshooting or sales scripting is involved. If a situation ever feels urgent, your escalation path is a direct phone call to me—no emails, no texts.
To succeed you should already have:
• Flawless spoken and written English
• A stable internet connection and clear phone audio
• The discipline to work with minimal supervision and still hit rapid-response targets
