Philippine Chat Support & Sales Assistants
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I manage the online fan community for a well-known creator and I’m ready to add a few more Filipino chat pros to the roster. Your main home bases will be Discord and our Infloww dashboard, where you’ll keep lively, natural conversations rolling while steering the most engaged fans toward our premium content.
Because this role blends customer care with soft selling, I’m after people who write crisp, fluent English, think with a sales-driven mindset, and genuinely enjoy talking to strangers. You should already have some hands-on experience—enough to call yourself “intermediate”—yet still be eager to learn new scripts, promo angles, and tone guidelines.
This is a long-term, fully remote position. I organise flexible shifts (day, night, or weekend) so you can work the hours that suit you, provided response times stay under two minutes when you’re on duty. I supply brand voice training, product breakdowns, and platform walkthroughs; you bring energy, empathy, and a reliable internet connection.
Deliverables
• Real-time fan engagement on Discord and Infloww during scheduled shifts
• End-of-shift report: chat highlights, upsell conversions, objections logged
• Zero grammatical errors and a friendly, consistent tone throughout
