Personal Loan Sales Telecaller Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m expanding my in-house sales team for our personal-loan and overdraft desk in NOIDA and need a telecaller who can turn warm leads into funded loans. Your core target is simple: convert every qualified enquiry that lands on your screen into a closed deal.
What you’ll actually be doing all day is dialing prospects from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., uncovering their borrowing needs, pitching the right loan product, and steering them through the application until approval. Sunday is the weekly off so you can recharge before Monday’s queue of new leads.
To succeed you must bring:
• Strong communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Basic understanding of financial products
If you can check those three boxes and are comfortable working from our NOIDA office, I’m offering a fixed salary in the ₹10–20 k range plus uncapped incentives—the final package depends on how convincingly you sell yourself in the interview.
