Permanent customer service / online shop manager - Ebay Store
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Looking for a Online customer service team member who will be all rounder in managing all aspect of our online store from customer service emails to chasing supplier to order management
You will be provided with a PERMANENT CONTRACT with this Australian Company who is growing every year.
You will be responsible for (and not limited to):
-Customer service query both order and product query with 24hrs SLAs
-Stock availability check
-Listing research and uploading
-Photo editing – Basic
-Order fulfillment – tracking load upload
-Order activities
-Ordering ( last stage )
-Full Store Management
-Liaising with supplier
-1 week to ongoing training will be provided (depending on workload and experience)
Your skills will include (and not limited to):
Ability to learn and navigate web-based platforms and systems
Exemplary verbal & written communication skills with a professional phone manner
Have the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
Be motivated to meet business customer needs
Dedicated to meet KPIs and exceed sales goals
Requirement :
- Need to Work 5-6 hrs ( flexible time ) everyday from Mon - Fri
- Must have access to high speed internet
- Familiar with eBay orders and platform
- Basic customer service experience
- Knowledge about Shopify is a bonus
