Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Outbound Calling & Sales Outreach

I’m hiring a part-time virtual assistant with strong communication and sales skills to handle outbound phone calls and invite local professionals to join a referral program.
This is a results-driven role. You’ll be using a proven script, confidently explaining the offer, handling light objections, and guiding interested prospects to the next step.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using a provided sales script
Clearly explain the referral program and its benefits
Handle basic questions and objections professionally
Track call results (interested, follow-up, not interested)
Maintain accurate call logs
Requirements:
Fluent English with a clear, confident speaking voice
Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
Comfortable with outbound sales or cold calling
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay & Schedule:
Part-time
Flexible working hours
Trial Period:
This position includes a paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both sides. Continued work will be based on performance and consistency during the trial.
