Part-Time Student Retail Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This posting is for students who can commit to a genuine part-time schedule within a retail environment. Although the work supports a physical store, I need help on the online side of operations rather than traditional shelf stocking or cashiering. Typical hours fall in the late afternoon and early evening so you can balance classes and study time.
Your core focus is the digital storefront: updating product listings, monitoring stock levels in the system, answering basic customer chats, and flagging any fulfilment issues for the in-store team. You will work remotely, logging in to our POS/OMS dashboard and Slack channel during each shift, so a reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
Key deliverables each shift
• All assigned SKUs updated with correct quantity and price
• Customer chat queue cleared or escalated per our script
• Daily summary report submitted in the shared Google Sheet
I will provide credentials, SOPs, and a short video walkthrough on day one. Accuracy, quick responses, and clear communication matter more than prior retail experience; however, any background using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar tools will help you ramp up faster.
If you’re a student looking for steady part-time income and real-world retail experience without leaving campus, this role should fit perfectly.
