Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at Bouncy Rentals, you will handle incoming customer calls, assist with inquiries, and close sales for our moonbounce inflatables and party rental services. This role is perfect for stay-at-home parents or anyone seeking a side hustle to supplement their income.
Additionally, we encourage proactive cold calling to generate more sales by reaching out to related businesses, including:
Schools
Daycares
Churches
Event Planners
Corporate Offices
Your efforts in expanding our customer base through cold calling will provide additional opportunities for commission and sales growth!
What We Offer:
Flexible, part-time hours – Work from the comfort of your home.
Commission-based pay structure:
15% commission on completed sales for new representatives.
20% commission for representatives who meet monthly sales targets.
Guaranteed per-call pay:
Earn $3 per eligible call lasting one minute or more that is sales or product-related but does not result in a completed sale.
Earn $5 per eligible call for those who achieve their monthly sales goals.
Growth opportunities: Sales representatives who achieve the highest sales in a given month will be prioritized to receive calls first.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly.
Provide information about our services and products.
Assist customers in selecting the right party rentals for their needs.
Complete the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proactively make cold calls to related businesses to promote our services.
Record customer details and follow up if needed.
How It Works:
We will assign 10 sales representatives to our phone system, each with their own unique number.
All incoming calls will ring simultaneously to all representatives, and the first to answer has the opportunity to assist the customer.
Priority is given to top-performing representatives for incoming calls.
Tools Required:
To ensure smooth operation, you must have the following:
Smartphone for answering calls.
Computer or laptop for tracking sales and attending training.
Headphones or earbuds for clear communication.
Training & Support:
Interviews and training will be conducted virtually through Google Meet video conferencing.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success.
Suggested Commission Structure:
To incentivize higher performance and ensure fairness:
Tiered Commission System:
15% commission for $0–$2,000 in monthly sales.
18% commission for $2,001–$5,000 in monthly sales.
20% commission for $5,001+ in monthly sales.
Monthly Bonuses:
Receive a $50 bonus for achieving $10,000 in monthly sales.
