Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Call Executive to manage customer inquiries and assist with marble and stone orders. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and coordinating calls with the founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls related to marble and stone products.
Understand client needs (type, color, finish, quantity, etc.).
Record requirements and share them with the founder.
Schedule follow-up calls and maintain client communication logs.
Maintain a polite and professional tone in every interaction.
Requirements:
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Confident and friendly on phone calls.
Good listening and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of marble/stone products (training provided).
Flexible availability (hourly basis).
Work Details:

Pay: ₹100–₹200 per hour (based on experience)
