Part-Time Outreach Caller For Referrals

I need reliable help making warm outreach calls about our free caregiver and older-adult support services. You will split your focus both equally between community providers (clinics, senior centers, nonprofits) and families who have asked for information.

Scope and weekly rhythm
• Work roughly five hours a week during U.S. Central Time.
• Use the provided phone scripts and digital brochures/flyers to invite prospects to complete a brief intake.
• Record every touchpoint in the shared Google Sheet, capturing number of calls placed, a short note on each conversation, and current follow-up status so we can keep momentum.

Monthly deliverable & success definition
– At least 4 qualified referrals: 2 caregivers + 2 older adults.
A referral is qualified once the person agrees to intake, contact details are verified, and an appointment is on the calendar.

Compensation
You receive a fixed monthly fee for the five-hour commitment; each confirmed referral triggers an additional performance bonus.

What you’ll bring
Clear, friendly English on the phone, previous call or sales experience, and comfort navigating simple spreadsheets while talking.

I’m starting with a one-month trial; hit or exceed the deliverable and we’ll roll into an ongoing engagement.
