Leads arrive daily from my marketing campaigns, and I need them qualified over the phone. Your calls should confirm each prospect’s genuine interest, gather their specific product interests, and record those details in the simple online form I provide. No selling, no cold‐pitch—just a friendly, concise conversation that sorts the curious from the committed so my sales team can follow up efficiently.
Here is what the work looks like:
• Call every new lead within 24 hours of receipt.
• Walk through the short script I supply, keeping the tone warm and professional.
• Capture the prospect’s product interest in the online form immediately after each call.
• Flag any wrong numbers or uninterested contacts so they can be removed from the list.
I will share the script, and form template; you only need a reliable phone line, quiet workspace, and clear spoken Hindi/English. Accuracy in data entry and a courteous phone manner are critical acceptance criteria for each milestone.
