Every call has two clear goals: deliver the right information and resolve the caller’s query on the spot, all while keeping the tone polite and easy to follow in both Hindi and English.
This is a remote, part-time engagement that works well alongside studies or another freelance schedule. You only need a smartphone, a stable internet line, and the ability to switch smoothly between Hindi and English. After each interaction, you’ll note key points in a simple log so I can track common questions and customer sentiment.
