Part-Time Customer Service/Sales Representative Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We are looking for a long-term Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.
Hours will typically range from 5–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows.
The role involves communicating with customers, answering enquiries, following company scripts, handling objections professionally and providing an excellent customer experience. Full training will be provided, however we are looking for someone who is a fast learner and can quickly become familiar with our business and communicate confidently with customers.
Requirements:
• Good spoken and written English
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and Google Meet
• Friendly, professional and personable communication style
• Able to follow scripts while sounding natural
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or computer with a good webcam and microphone (or a high-quality smartphone where appropriate)
• Reliable and available for ongoing part-time work
