I need a reliable chat administrator who can jump in each day and keep every visitor’s question answered quickly and courteously. The sole purpose of bringing you on board is to improve our customer service standards, so the quality of each interaction matters more than the volume you handle.
What the work looks like
You’ll stay logged in to our live-chat dashboard during agreed-upon hours, greet new enquiries, use provided reply templates as a starting point, and personalise them so no customer feels they’re talking to a bot. When an issue requires my attention, you’ll tag me and follow up until it’s resolved. At the end of each shift, a brief summary of open tickets and notable feedback is all I ask.
